Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the goods or the day a third party you designate (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods delivered.

We will process your refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

The goods must be in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized goods made to your specifications.

Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Important Notes:
We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for returning goods to avoid loss or damage during transit.
Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund promptly. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift or were sent to the purchaser to be given later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
